Returns policy

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they're in their original condition. Email us before sending anything back so we can approve the return and give you the return address. For hygiene reasons, beauty and personal-care items are final sale and can't be returned. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
